YMCA Southcoast, an association of six YMCA branches in southern Massachusetts, hired me in March 2017 to take charge of redesigning its official website, ymcasouthcoast.org. The organization’s website at the time was nearly 10 years old and leaving the association and its customers deeply unsatisfied.
I was given free reign to design the site using a template provided by Boston-based web developers 829 Studios. For four months, I led a team of 20, populating web pages, handing out assignments and workshopping content as it was developed. The new website officially launched on June 14, 2017, and I maintained the site until September 2017.
